Today I am feeling unwell. It started yesterday, I have tummy ache and headache and generally feel groggy and Like I need to be tucked up in bed! However I can not take time off as I will not get paid, unless I take holiday! I have to be off 3 days and then get a Dr's cert before you get paid sick pay!!
Doing some sorting out last night I stumbled upon some of my old fat pictures! I still can't believe that a year ago I had reached my goal weight and lost 4 stone! However looking at old photo's it becomes a little more believable!! Back then, I was 4 clothe sizes bigger!! I feel like one of those adverts for Weight Watchers, although I have to say it does work even for me (very undisciplined person!)
